在互联网+健康医疗探索与实践的大背景下,基于微信公众平台的病案复印预约服务通过微信实现病案的线上预约、寄送选择、线上支付、物流查询、相关提醒、后台业务管理等全流程,提升用户体验,提高服务品质。根据病案复印预约流程分线上和线下两部分,该系统将线下的传统非诊疗业务移至线上,实现了线上病案复印预约、缴费、身份审核以及病案邮寄等功能。系统简单、方便、快捷,优化了服务流程,改善了服务方式,提升了用户服务体验。使用效果明显,病案室工作效率提高、窗口排队情况改善、患者满意度大幅提升,真正解决了医院病案复印服务中长期存在的问题。

The medical record duplicationreservation and mailing servicewas carried out using the hospital WeChat public platform,under the background of the exploration and practice of"Internet plus intelligent medical care".In this article,the design and implementation,advantages,results and problems of the system are discussed.Traditional non-diagnostic businesses were designed from the offline to online in this system.And it offers online copying reservation,payment,identityauthentication and mailing services.It is simple,convenient and fast.The service process is optimized,the service mode is changed,and the peoples’service experience is enhanced.The effect was obvious after using this system,improving the work efficiency,optimizing window environment and increasing patients’satisfaction rate.It solved some problems that haveexistedin the medical record copying servicefundamentally.
