县级耕地质量等别成果检验与更新方法研究——以河南省温县为例

RESEARCH ON TEST AND UPDATE OF RESULTS OF FARMLAND QUALITY EVALUATION AT COUNTY LEVEL——A CASE STUDY OF WEN COUNTY,HENAN PROVINCE

[目的]科学合理的耕地质量等别成果是加强我国耕地保护、提升耕地质量的重要依据,探讨科学有效的耕地质量等别成果检验与更新方法具有重要的现实意义。[方法]文章以河南省温县为例,基于已有的耕地质量等别年度更新评价成果,参照农用地分等技术方法,从指标数据更新、指标体系变更及评价参数调整三个方面出发,设计4种方法对耕地质量等别成果进行检验与更新,通过对比检验结果探讨各方案的合理性,提出影响耕地质量等别成果准确性的相关因素。[结果]4种方法中,方法三更能实现对已有耕地质量等别成果合理性进行检验的目的,在指标体系的构建上更能体现分等因素选取原则,且该方法检验更新后的等别状况更能体现研究区耕地质量实际状况。[结论]耕地质量等别成果确实存在历史遗留误差,对其进行检验与更新对于开展更加精细的耕地分等调查评价工作具有重要意义;耕地质量等别评价原始数据现势性不足,指标体系适用性不够,有待进一步更新调整,以提高评价成果准确性;三调调整的评价参数在各评价区域中是否普遍适用,有待进一步确认。

Scientific and reasonable results of farmland quality are the important basis for strengthening the protection of farmland and improving the quality of farmland in China.It is of great practical significance to explore the scientific and effective methods of testing and updating the results of farmland quality evaluation.This paper took Wen county of Henan province as an example,based on the existing annual renewal evaluation results of farmland quality and with reference to the technical methods of gradation on agriculture land quality,designed four methods to test and update the results of farmland quality evaluation from the three aspects:index data update,index system change and evaluation parameter adjustment.The rationality of each method was discussed by comparing the test results,and the relevant factors affecting the accuracy of farmland quality evaluation were put forward.The major results were showed as follows.Among the four methods,method 3 could better achieve the purpose of checking the rationality of the existing results of farmland quality evaluation,better reflect the principle of the selection of grading factors in the construction of index system,furthermore this method could better reflect the actual situation of farmland quality in the study area.In summary,there are some historical errors in the results of farmland quality evaluation,it is of great significance to test and update the results of farmland quality evaluation for carrying out more detailed investigation and evaluation of gradation on farmland quality;The current situation of the original data of farmland quality evaluation is insufficient,and the applicability of the index system is not enough,which needs to be further updated and adjusted to improve the accuracy of the evaluation results;Whether the evaluation parameters adjusted by The Third National Land Survey are generally applicable in each evaluation area remains to be further confirmed.
