摘要
柯亨的系统美学中纯粹形式的概念来源于法则性的概念,法则性是整个柯亨美学体系的核心概念。柯亨对法则性的论述实际上开辟了一条迥异于康德的美学路径,这可以被视为康德主义在新的时代语境中对康德式批判哲学的继承与更新,即一种新哲学的体系构建。柯亨用逻辑学的先验方法来为其整个哲学体系赋予科学性、有效性的建构意图。柯亨是从意识的统一性进入到法则性的核心概念,并通过对法则性问题的解决来引出其美学的形式理论的。柯亨美学对法则性概念的论述重构了美学的基本问题,也依循着一条新的理路论证了美学在哲学体系中的特殊性、独立性。
The concept of pure form in Cohen’s systematic aesthetics originates from the concept of Gesetzlichkeit(lawfulness),which is the deduction model of the whole Cohen’s aesthetic system.Cohen’s discussion of Gesetzlichkeit actually opens up a path of aesthetics that is very different from Kant’s,which can be regarded as Kantianism’s inheritance and renewal of Kantian critical philosophy in the context of the new era,i.e.,the systematic construction of a new critical philosophy.Cohen uses the a priori method of logic to give scientific and valid constructive intention to his whole philosophical system.Cohen goes from the unity of consciousness to the core concept of Gesetzlichkeit,and introduces his formal theory of aesthetics through the solution of the problem of Gesetzlichkeit.Cohen’s aesthetics of the concept of Gesetzlichkeit reconstructs the basic problems of aesthetics,and also follows a new line of reasoning to argue for the specificity and independence of aesthetics in the philosophical system.Therefore,the concept of Gesetzlichkeit is a key grip into Cohen’s aesthetics.
