The Chuang-tzu’ Views on Painting in Song Dynasty

摘要 徐复观对中国艺术精神的理解在华语界具有较大影响。他的美学思想一度成为部分学者研究中国古代美学,特别是宋代美学的立论依据。然而,徐复观对宋代美学的理解存在一定的偏见,这种偏见表现为对庄子美学的过分重视及对理学美学的漠视。因此,这种偏见导致了他对中国艺术精神过分曲解,便引起学者们的广大批评。伴随着近些年来学者们对理学美学思想的重视,对这种偏见修正工作的展开需要进一步整理。 Xu Fuguan’s understanding of Chinese artistic spirit has a great influence on the Chinese community.His aesthetic thought once became the basis for some scholars to study ancient Chinese aesthetics,especially the aesthetics of Song Dynasty.However,Xu Fuguan’s understanding of aesthetics in Song Dynasty has certain prejudice,which is manifested in his excessive emphasis on Chuang-tzu’s aesthetics and his disregard for NeoConfucianism’s aesthetics.Therefore,this prejudice led to his overmisunderstanding of Chinese artistic spirit,which aroused extensive criticism from scholars.In recent years,scholars have attached great importance to the aesthetics of Neo-Confucianism,and the work of revising this prejudice needs to be further sorted out.
