河北邢东矿X8隐伏陷落柱探查与治理对策

摘要 岩溶陷落柱作为我国煤矿一种特殊的构造,不仅影响了煤炭开采过程中巷道布置和施工、巷道稳定性、损失煤炭资源,而且因其可能是良好的导水通道而引发工作面突水,对矿井的安全生产构成严重威胁。邢东矿-980m以深区域探查治理工程钻探施工过程中,采用岩屑鉴定、伽马测井、钻时录井等手段,通过不同钻孔的剖面对比分析,新发现并确定了X8陷落柱在2煤的发育范围:高度300m左右,长轴80m,短轴40m,面积约2675m;。矿方采用注浆对陷落柱进行治理。为矿山生产建设奠定了基础,保证了工作面、采区科学合理划分,且为同行提供了借鉴经验。 As a special structure of coalmines in China,the karst subsided column is not only impacted roadway layout and construction during coal mining process,roadway stability and caused coal resource losses,but also can trigger water face water bursting and seriously threaten coalmine safety in production because of it could be favorable water conducted channel.During exploration and governance drilling process in the Xingdong coalmine-980 level below region have used means of rock cuttings identification,gamma logging and drilling-time logging etc.Through comparative analysis of different borehole sections has found new subsided column X8 and its development range in coal No.2 with height about 300 m,macroaxis 80 m,brachyaxis 40 m and area about 2,675 m~2.The mine has used grouting carried out subsided column governance,laid the foundation of mine construction and production,ensured scientific and reasonable division for working face and winning district,provided referential experiences for persons of the same trade as well.
