ESP视阈下国外网络评论研究图谱分析(2011—2021年)

Mapping Analysis of Foreign Online Review Research Directed by ESP Theory

消费者的网络评论是消费行为、语言、心理、商务特征等多重因素的语言体现,对电子商务的发展具有重要作用。相关研究日益受到学界的重视,研究成果众多,但是对该话题的起源、兴起、未来发展方向等的认识,目前还是零散的,多集中在商务、传媒、管理等学科上,总体上没有梳理出这一话题的学术研究前瞻性,尤其是对近十年来的热点和前沿方向的综述少之又少。本文基于CiteSpace软件,采用合适的参数和可视化工具,重点分析了2011—2021年在Web of Science上发表的有关网络评论的学术论文。研究发现:(1)网络评论研究呈现多学科、多视角的特点,研究热点集中在网络资源、评论内容、评论语言特点和受众的认知等方面;(2)网络评论的语言(英语)进入研究前沿,逐步和管理学、商务管理等结合。掌握国外网络评论最新的语言研究动态有助于拓展学科交叉的思路和方法,推动专门用途英语与更多的学科交叉融合。

Online reviews of consumers are the linguistic manifestation of multiple factors such as consumption behavior,language,psychology,and business characteristics,and play an important role in the development of e-commerce.Relevant research literature has produced considerable results.However,the current understanding of online review such as its origin,rise and development does not seem to be systematic enough.Previous researches chiefly focused on one single discipline like management,media,business,etc.,but there is a lacking of a systematic and comprehensive reviews.Especially,there are very few reviews of its academic hot topics and frontier directions in the past decade.Based on CiteSpace,this paper has reviewed and visualized the published academic papers about online reviews from 2011 to 2021.We have found that:1)studies of online reviews are related to a variety of disciplines,focusing on network resources,review content,cognition,English for specific purpose(ESP)and so on;2)ESP begins to enter into the frontier of relevant researches,evidenced by the combination of language study with management,business,media,etc.Being aware of the latest development of ESP may expand the approach of cross-discipline study and boost the ESP research in China.
