联合国教育可持续发展视阈下ESP跨学科教学团队要素分析——基于甘肃省某高校的个案研究

Key Elements of Interdisciplinary ESP Teaching Teams:A UN ESD Perspective

建设可持续发展的ESP跨学科教学团队是新形势下我国地方高校实施质量工程、提高本科教学质量的重要举措。本研究以甘肃省某地方高校为研究对象,从联合国教育可持续发展理念视角出发,通过问卷调查、访谈以及课堂观察实证考察ESP跨学科教学团队可持续发展所需要的条件、资源以及需要解决的不利因素。研究发现:ESP跨学科教学团队要能持续发展,课程参与者、课程本身、外部环境三方面各要素需齐头并进、协调发展、共同促进,以确保课程的构建能持之以恒,帮助参与者持续从专业发展、经验积累、新内容学习、扩展教学法等经历中获益。

The construction of sustainable interdisciplinary ESP teaching teams is key to local university implementation of quality engineering and to the improvement of undergraduate teaching quality in the new era.Based on principles of Education for Sustainable Development(ESD)demonstrated by UNESCO,we took a local university in Gansu Province as the research object and investigated the conditions,resources and disadvantages for sustainable development of ESP teaching teams through questionnaire survey,interview and classroom observation.We found that sustainable development of interdisciplinary ESP teaching teams results from a coordinated development of such key elements as project participants,the project,and its external environment.Each of the elements should play its own role,complement and promote each other to ensure that the project can maximize the interests of all parties,minimize adverse factors,and benefit participants in the long run in terms of quality update of professional development,experience accumulation,knowledge acquisition and teaching method promotion.
