基于微秒计时的快速接地开关负载特性测试装置

Fast Earthing switch load characteristic test device based on microsecond timing

作为GIS(气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备)设备中成员之一的快速接地开关,在运行现场至今还没有一个负载特性测试专用设备,只是凭现场检修人员主观经验和技术能力判断其健康状态。针对快速接地开关的特殊性,介绍了一种基于微秒计时的快速接地开关负载特性测试装置的结构原理、硬软件设计及测试验证结果,还介绍了诊断分析软件的设计方法。该测试装置还可以用于GIS设备中隔离开关、接地开关等设备的负载特性检测,为状态检修提供了一种新的测试手段。

As a part of the GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear)equipment,there is no any special load characteristic test equipment for the fast earthing switch when operating on site,only based on the subjective experience and technical ability of the on-site maintenance personnel to judge its normal status.In this paper,for the particularity of the fast earthing switch,the structural principle,hardware and software design and test verification results of a fast earthing switch load characteristic test device based on microsecond timing is introduced.Also,the design method of diagnostic analysis software is introduced.The test device can also be used for load characteristic detection of isolators,earthing switches and other parts in GIS equipment,and provides a new test method for state maintenance.
