摘要 温度采集是监测技术的重要指标之一,针对当前温度采集系统存在的传输范围小、实时性差、成本高等问题,设计了一种智能温度采集系统。该系统处理器采用MSP430F149,液晶显示屏采用LCD12864,温度传感器采用DS18B20,WIFI模块采用ESP8266,电源电路采用LM1117-3.3稳压芯片,串口通信选择RS232模块。下位机软件以IAR for MSP430为开发环境,采用C语言编程;上位机软件采用LabVIEW编写;云平台选用中国移动的OneNET平台。可以实现通过LCD显示屏、PC端上位机和OneNET云平台实时查看温度信息,同时,下位机与上位机分别以LED与布尔指示灯亮为预警信号,OneNET云平台则以发送邮件的方式进行预警。给出系统原理图并搭建了样机,在实验室完成模拟测试,实验效果良好,具有一定的参考价值。 Temperature acquisition is one of the important indicators of monitoring technology.Aiming at the problems of small transmission range,poor real-time performance and high cost of current temperature acquisition system,an intelligent temperature acquisition system is designed.MSP430 F149 is used as processor in the system,LCD 12864 is used as LCD display screen,DS18 B20 is used as temperature sensor,ESP8266 is used as WIFI module,LM1117-3.3 is used as power supply circuit and RS232 is used as serial communication module.IAR for 430 is used as the development environment of the lower computer software and C language programming is used.The upper computer software is written by LabVIEW;the cloud platform uses China Mobile’s OneNET platform.The temperature information can be viewed in real time through LCD display screen,PC host computer and OneNET cloud platform.At the same time,the lower computer and the upper computer use LED and Boolean indicator lights as early warning signals respectively,while the OneNET cloud platform uses the way of sending mail for early warning.The schematic diagram of the system is given and the prototype is built.The simulation test is completed in the laboratory.The experiment demonstrated the effectiveness of this method,and the design could be a reference for this application.
