基于聚类分析的汽车制动滚轮摩擦阻力自动计算

Automatic calculation of friction resistance of automobile brake roller based on clustering analysis

摘要 为了提高对汽车制动滚轮摩擦阻力准确计算能力,提出一种基于聚类分析的汽车制动滚轮摩擦阻力自动计算方法。采用传感器进行汽车制动滚轮摩擦阻力数据采集,对采集的数据样本采用联合半监督学习方法进行最小二乘规划设计,采用线性拟合方法进行汽车制动滚轮摩擦阻力数据的特征重构,提取汽车制动滚轮摩擦阻力数据样本的统计特征量,采用驱动机构运动学和动力学求解方法进行汽车制动滚轮摩擦阻力数据集的自动归类处理,在模糊聚类约束下实现汽车制动滚轮摩擦阻力大数据样本聚类和自动计算。实验结果表明,采用该方法进行汽车制动滚轮摩擦阻力计算的结果准确性较高,通过对采集的数据进行聚类分析可实现自动计算,更具应用优势。 In order to improve the ability of accurate calculation of friction resistance of automobile brake roller,an automatic calculation method of friction resistance of automobile brake roller based on cluster analysis is proposed.The sensor is used to collect the friction resistance of the automobile brake roller,and the data sample is designed by using the joint semi-supervised learning method.The linear fitting method is used to reconstruct the characteristics of friction resistance data of automobile brake roller,and the statistical characteristic quantity of friction resistance big data sample of automobile brake roller is extracted.In this paper,the kinematics and dynamics method of the driving mechanism is used to classify the friction resistance data set of the automobile brake roller,and the sample clustering and automatic calculation of the friction resistance of the brake roller big data are realized under the constraint of fuzzy clustering.The experimental results show that the accuracy of the frictional resistance calculation of the automobile brake roller is higher.The clustering analysis of the collected data can realize automatic calculation and has more application advantages.
