一种基于双目视觉的三维投影标示方法 被引量:2

摘要 针对传统的测量加工过程需要通过人工操作将结果标记在工件表面,过程复杂,且无法保证测量精度与效率的问题,将视觉检测技术与投影标示技术相结合,通过计算双目相机与投影仪之间的相对位置关系,将双目相机测量结果直接显示在被测工件表面。对投影仪没有水平放置或被测工件与投影仪投影方向不垂直时投影标示的文字信息会发生形变模糊不清的现象,通过分析平面工件上投影图案的轮廓信息,计算被测工件相对于投影仪在水平及垂直方向上的偏转关系,改变待投影文字或图形各像素点的坐标,使投影仪可以有效地将测量结果及其文字信息显示在被测工件表面,实现测量结果可视化。实验结果表明,这种方法简单有效,测量结果能够清晰直观地投影标示在工件表面,提高了测量便捷性,减少了人工成本,可以应用于实际的生产检测过程中。 In the traditional production and inspection processes,the measurement result needs to be marked on the surface of the workpiece by manual operation,the process is complicated and the measurement accuracy and efficiency cannot be guaranteed.In response to these problems,The projection marking technology and visual inspection method is combined so that the projector can display the measurement result directly on the surface of the workpiece by calculating the relative positional relationship among the cameras and projector.When the projector and the surface of the workpiece are not placed horizontally,the text information of the measurement result might be distorted and fuzzy.The coordinates of each pixel of the text or graphic is changed to be projected by using the contour information of the projected pattern captured by the binocular camera,so that the projector can effectively display the measurement result on the surface of the workpiece.The experimental results show that the method is simple and effective,and the projected result can been seen on the workpiece clearly,which improves measurement accuracy and reduces labor costs.This method can be used in actual production inspection processes.
