摘要
以宁波市电力工程中的消防水池小型地下构筑物的基坑支护结构为研究对象,以某典型110 kV变电站工程的消防水池基坑支护设计为例,通过分析型钢水泥土搅拌墙,发现此类特定尺寸和深度的基坑,现有支护结构存在一定的局限性。因此,提出一种新型的锁口H钢桩支护结构自动计算与设计方法,先利用三维激光扫描仪对锁口H钢桩支护结构进行自动化三维重构,再借助启明星和理正深基坑设计软件对支护结构进行智能计算。最后,通过启明星基坑设计软件以及Plaxis有限元软件,对某典型110 kV变电站工程的消防水池基坑支护进行自动化计算分析,验证了该支护结构设计方法的智能性、可行性和可靠性,试图对通用图工程的支护结构设计和施工组织设计进行固化。
Taking ningbo electric power engineering of fire pool small underground structures of the foundation pit supporting structure as the research object,with a typical 110 kV substation project fire pool of foundation pit supporting design as an example,through the analysis of steel soil mixing wall,for such specific size and depth of foundation pit,the existing supporting structure has certain limitation.Therefore,a new automatic calculation and design method of lock mouth H steel pile supporting structure is put forward in this paper.Firstly,3 d automatic reconstruction of lock mouth H steel pile supporting structure is carried out by 3 d laser scanner,and then intelligent calculation of the supporting structure is carried out by means of qisheng and lizheng deep foundation pit design software.Finally,through the phosphor foundation pit design software and Plaxis finite element software,the fire pool in a typical 110 kV substation project foundation pit supporting in automated calculation and analysis,the intelligent,feasibility and reliability of the supporting structure design method is validated,and the general figure engineering on the supporting structure design and construction organization design is attempted to curing.
