基于激光VR虚拟现实技术的精密零件外观设计研究 被引量:4

摘要 精密零件外观设计中对尺寸精度要求较高,为了降低精密零件外观设计的尺度偏移量,为零件加工提供准确的图形标尺,提出一种基于激光VR虚拟现实技术和改进高斯滤波的精密零件外观设计方法。对精密零件外观图像采用激光扫描虚拟成像技术进行图形三维重构,在重构的像素特征分布空间中进行零件的尺度信息融合,构建零件轮廓特征分布的灰度直方图,采用改进的高斯滤波方法进行零件外观的瑕疵点消除和毛刺处理,降低零件在三维坐标空间中的尺度偏移量,实现外观设计优化。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行精密零件外观设计,偏移量较小,提高设计精度。 The higher requirement on the precision of precision parts design,in order to reduce the scale offset precision parts design,provide accurate graph scale as part of the process,a kind of laser VR virtual reality technology and improved Gauss filter precision parts design method are put forward based on graphics.3 D reconstruction is carried on using laser scanning imaging technology of virtual precision for the appearance of parts,and scale information fusion is carried on in the distribution of pixel feature reconstruction space.The gray histogram is constructed of parts contour feature distribution.Gauss filtering method is used elimate to parts to defects and burr processing of the appearance and reduce the scale offset parts in the 3 D coordinate space.The optimizing design of parts appearance is realized.The simulation results show that,using the method of precision parts design,it has small offset,and it can improve the accuracy of the design.
