控制字状态字在提升机系统的应用

摘要 由于变频调速能实现无级调速,具有启动电流小、启动转矩大,调速精度高,效率高等优点。因此在干熄焦提升机中采用西门子6SE70系列逆变器进行调速。变频调速提升机是把变频调速技术应用在提升机上,其应用具有显著的节能效果,较高的控制精度,较宽的调速范围调速比(可达到1∶10以上),并可实现无级调速。系统本身具有故障显示、分析以及参数监控功能,便于使用和维修,带有通信接口易于实现自动控制及远程控制。制动效果好、耗电少、温度低、节能好。该系统调速性能优良,能够获得低、中、高速恒力矩输出的运行速度,由于该系统启动、制动快速平稳,所以对传动部件的冲击将在为减少,这对延长部件乃至整机寿命都有重大意义。最后文章介绍了西门子S7-400PLC与逆变器的DP通信硬件组态及控制字、状态字在提升机速度控制上的应用,以及干熄焦提升机系统变频器常见故障。 Owning to frequency control can achieve stepless speed regulation,small tartup current,high starting torque,high-accuracy,high calculation efficiency.So in Dry Coke Quenching Hoist used by Siemens 6 SE70 frequency control.The frequency conversion speed regulation hoist is applied to the hoist.Its application has significant energy-saving effects,higher control accuracy,and a wide speed regulation ratio(which can reach 1:10 or more),and can achieve stepless speed regulation.The system has the function of fault display,analysis and parameter monitoring,which is easy to use and maintain.The communication interface is easy to realize automatic control and remote control.Brake effect is good,power consumption is low,temperature is low,energy saving is good.The system has excellent speed regulation performance and can obtain the operating speed of low,medium,and high-speed constant torque output.Due to the rapid and stable braking of the system,the impact on the transmission components will be reduced.This is of great significance to extend the life of the parts and even the entire machine.Finally,the paper introduces the application of Siemens S7-400 PLC and inverter’s DP communication hardware configuration,control word and status word in the speed control of the hoist,as well as the common faults of the frequency converter of the coke dry quenching hoist system.
