摘要
为了解决回转窑铲料板抬起无检测及报警装置的问题,提出检测方法及设计其检测装置。依据铲料板结构与抬起过程的特征,采用杠杆放大原理,将铲料板抬起的位移放大,利用成熟的直线位移传感器检测技术,使铲料板抬起位移转化成标准信号远传。通过该检测装置可以准确地检测出铲料板的位置及判断出是哪块铲料板抬起,为工人采取措施及检修提供了必要的数据。
To solve the problem that there’s no detection and alarm device for stripper of rotary kiln during uplifting of stripper,detection method is put forward and detection device is designed.According to structure and uplifting characteristics of stripper,and by adopting lever amplification mechanism,uplifting displacement of stripper is magnified.With mature linear displacement sensor detection technology,uplifting displacement of stripper is converted into signals and sent to the remote host.With this detection device,stripper can be accurately located and which stripper is uplifting can be judged easily.It provides necessary data for workers to take measures and do maintenance.
