摘要
为了解决链箅机箅床布料不均匀的问题,提出摆动胶带机位置检测方法及智能控制系统。依据摆动胶带机(四连杆机构)运行原理及现场实际运行状态的特征,采用格雷母线通信位置检测装置对摆动胶带机进行实时位置检测,经过PLC运算,可获得摆动胶带机当前实际运行速度,将实测摆动胶带机的运行速度与摆动胶带机设计理想速度进行比较,来实时调节摆动胶带机摆动传动电机的变频器,使实测摆动胶带机的运行速度趋近或等于摆动胶带机设计理想速度,从而实现链箅机箅床布料均匀。
To solve the problem of uneven distribution of materials on chain grate of traveling grate,method for detecting position of swing belt conveyor and relative intelligent control system are put forward.Based on operating mechanism of swing belt conveyor(four-bar mechanism)and actual operating status of swing belt conveyor at site,gray bus communication position detection device is adopted for detection of real-time postion of swing belt conveyor.Through PLC calculation,the current operating speed of swing belt conveyor is obtained.By comparing detected operating speed of swing belt conveyor with design ideal speed of swing belt conveyor,freqency converter of drive motor of swing belt conveyor is adjusted on real-time basis so as to make operating speed of swing belt conveyor close or equal to design ideal speed of swing belt conveyor,thus achieving even distribution of materials on chain grate.
