影响特教教师职业倦怠的心理因素:基于优势分析的比较 被引量:12

The Predictive Effect of Psychological Factors on Job Burnout of Special Education Teachers:A Comparative Study Based on Dominance Analysis

摘要 采用整群抽样对湛江市479名在岗特殊教育教师进行问卷调查,基于优势分析方法探究7个人口学变量以及幸福感、胜任力和社会支持3个心理因素影响特殊教育教师职业倦怠的相对重要性。结果发现,优势分析的全模型仅由幸福感、胜任力和社会支持3个心理因素构成,按照贡献力大小,依次为幸福感、胜任力和社会支持。建议从提升幸福感、培养胜任力和建构支持系统出发,缓解特教教师的职业倦怠。 A cluster sampling survey was conducted among 479 in-service special education teachers in Zhanjiang.Dominance analysis was used to determine the relative significance of 7 demographic variables and 3 psychological factors such as well-being,competence,and social support to predict the job burnout of special education teachers.The results showed that the full model of dominance analysis was composed of only 3 psychological factors:well-being,competence,and social support.Following the relative significance,the psychological factors that affect the job burnout of special education teachers are well-being,competence,and social support.It is suggested to relieve the burnout of special education teachers by improving their sense of well-being,developing their competence and constructing their social support system.
