我国特殊教育资源中心发展现状调查研究 被引量:7

摘要 特殊教育资源中心作为推进融合教育发展的重要组织形式,正在快速发展。本研究采用自编问卷对176所特殊教育资源中心进行了调查,了解特殊教育资源中心的资源保障和职能运行现状。结果表明:特殊教育资源中心已配备专兼职教师,团队建设仍有不足;硬件设施设备资源较丰富,教育康复及课程教学资源仍有缺口;经费制度逐步建立,运行制度尚待完善;已具备多重职能,运行效率仍待提高;不同地区、不同主任任职情况、不同成立时长、不同学生数量的特殊教育资源中心职能运行存在差异。根据以上调查结果提出了相应的建议,为特殊教育资源中心发展提供参考。 As an important organizational form to promote the development of inclusive education,the special education resource center is developing rapidly.This study used a self-designed questionnaire to investigate 176 special education resource centers to understand the current situation of resource provision and operation of special education resource centers.The results are as follows:Special education resource centers have been equipped with part-time and full-time teachers,and the team construction is still insufficient;Facilities and equipment resources are abundant,and there is still a gap in teaching resources;Funding and institutional guarantees are being gradually established;Multiple functions have been established,but the operational efficiency still needs improving.Significant differences in the operation of special education resource centers were also found among different regions,directors,establishment time and the number of students.Suggestions are put forward accordingly for the development of special education resource center.
