在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指引下,党和政府把残疾人事业纳入各项建设事业中,残疾人事业的发展迈向新台阶。党的十八大以来,残疾人相关的法律法规不断完善,残疾人求学求职的权益进一步得以保障,残疾人体育及文化事业蓬勃发展,残疾人康复服务质量不断提升,多方参与的保障体系逐渐完善。在我国的社会主义制度优势之下,残疾人事业发展将不断谱写新的篇章,残疾人的权益将获得更有质量的保障。

Under the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era,China has taken the cause of the people with disabilities as an important goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,and the development of the cause of the people with disabilities has risen to a new level.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,laws and regulations related to people with disabilities have been improved,their rights and interests in studying and finding jobs have been further protected,sports and cultural undertakings for them have been flourishing,the quality of rehabilitation services has been continuously improved,and the security system with multiple participation has been gradually improved.With China’s institutional advantages,the cause of people with disabilities will continue to write new chapters,and provide better protection for their rights and interests.
