城市首位度、产业协同与金融发展

城市首位度作为"龙头带动作用""辐射作用"等关键词的核心度量指标,在全社会广泛讨论高质量发展的问题时备受关注。通过对我国省会城市2001~2016年的首位度进行测算,文章发现,产业协同集聚作为"双轮驱动"战略的重心所在,对省会城市首位度具有正向的影响,而且这一影响在经过一系列稳健性检验后仍然显著。进一步研究发现,各省会城市金融发展指数与城市首位度之间存在倒"U"型关系,金融发展指数过高不利于省会城市的核心带动作用。研究结果表明,省会城市发挥龙头带动作用的基础是产业协同发展,政策制定宜着眼于产业结构布局的协调性。

As the core index of key words such as"leading driving effect",and"radiation effect",urban primacy has attracted much attention when the problem of high quality development is widely discussed in the whole society.Through the calculation of the first degree data of the provincial capital cities in China from 2001 to2016,it is found that as the center of gravity of the"two-wheel drive"strategy,the industrial synergy agglomeration has a positive impact on the primacy degree of the provincial capital cities.And this effect is still significant after a series of robustness tests.In addition,there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the financial development index of each provincial capital and the first degree of the city,excessive financial development index is not conducive to the core driving role of provincial capital cities.The basis of the leading driving role of provincial capital cities is industrial coordination development,and the policy formulation should focus on the coordination of industrial structure layout.
