食管鳞癌组织 CD137L、VEGF、E-cad表达水平与患者预后的关系

Relationship between the expression levels of CD137L,VEGF and E-cad in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and the prognosis of patients

目的探讨食管鳞癌组织CD137L、VEGF、E-cad表达及意义。方法筛选2017年1月至2018年6月95例食管鳞癌患者的癌组织及癌旁组织标本,检测CD137L、VEGF、E-cad表达水平,分析其对预后的影响。结果癌组织CD137L、VEGF、E-cad高表达率与癌旁组织差异显著(P<0.001);不同肿瘤临床分期CD137L高、低表达差异显著(P<0.001),不同肿瘤临床分期、浸润深度及是否合并淋巴结转移VEGF高、低表达差异显著(P<0.05),不同肿瘤临床分期和浸润深度E-Cad高、低表达差异显著(P<0.05);癌组织CD137L、VEGF高表达,E-cad低表达患者生存率更低(P<0.05);肿瘤临床分期、CD137L、VEGF、E-Cad表达是食管鳞预后独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论食管鳞癌组织CD137L、VEGF呈高表达,E-cad呈低表达,与患者预后相关。

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CD137 L,VEGF and E-cad in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods The cancer tissue and adjacent tissue samples of 95 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma from January 2017 to June 2018 were screened,and the expression levels of CD137 L,VEGF,and E-cad were detected,and their effects on prognosis were analyzed.Results The high expression rates of CD137 L,VEGF and E-cad in cancer tissues were significantly different from those in adjacent tissues(P<0.001).There were significant differences in the high and low expression of CD137 L among different tumor clinical stages(P<0.001).There were significant differences in the high and low expression of VEGF among different tumor clinical stages,depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).There were significant differences in E-Cad high and low expression among different clinical stages and infiltration depths(P<0.05).The survival rate of patients with high expression of CD137 L and VEGF in cancer tissue and low expression of E-cad was lower(P<0.05).Tumor clinical stage,CD137 L,VEGF,E-Cad expression were independent prognostic factors of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of CD137 L and VEGF in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is high,and the expression of E-cad is low,which are related to the prognosis of patients.
