传播学视域下老挝“第59号确诊者”被网络暴力的原因和治理对策分析

Analysis of the Reasons and Countermeasures of Cyberbullying on“the 59^(th) COVID-19 Case”in Laos from the Perspective of Communication Study

2021年4月,老挝第二波新冠肺炎疫情暴发,在短短10多天内,确诊人数翻了十几倍。老挝官方通过初步流行病学调查发现,本次疫情暴发与“第59号确诊者”有密切关系,一时间“第59号确诊者”的话题成为老挝网络热议的焦点,该名确诊者的个人信息被网友人肉搜索,并在各大社交媒体平台迅速传播。因其行动轨迹所涉及的娱乐场所较多,不少网民将对疫情的恐慌上升为对该确诊者个人私生活的指指点点,甚至对其进行无端谩骂,助长网络暴力言论的蔓延。本文基于老挝“第59号确诊者”被网络暴力这一事件,从传播学的视域出发,分析本次网络暴力事件产生的原因,并提出应对措施及建议。

In April 2021,the second wave of COVID-19 outbroke in Laos,the number of confirmed cases has increased more than ten times in just over 10 days.By preliminary epidemiological investigations,the Lao government found that the second wave of COVID-19 was closely related to the 59th COVID-19 case.Thus,the 59th COVID-19 case become a hot topic in Laos.Meanwhile,her personal information such as name,ID number,home address,private photos and videos were dug out and spread quickly on major social medias.As she has been to many entertainment venues,the attitudes of many netizen have gone from panic about the epidemic to bossing her around and even abusing her.Based on the incident of cyberbullying on“The 59th COVID-19 Case”in Laos,this paper analyzes the causes of this incident and puts forward countermeasures from the perspective of communication study.
