Vietnam􀆳s Perspectives and Policies towards Promoting Sustainable Development of Digital Platform

数字平台及其形成的平台生态系统正成为整个产业和各类社会经济活动的现代化驱动力量,成为创新、经济增长和竞争的动力。越南政府认识到数字平台和数字经济巨大的增长和发展潜力,认为开发和利用数字平台和数字经济是实现越南经济现代化的新动力,特别是能够推动越南成为高收入国家。本文通过探讨越南数字平台发展的历程,管窥越南对促进数字平台可持续发展的观点和政策,进而根据越南数字平台发展的经验,为中国与东盟数字平台的持续发展与合作提出建议。

Digital platforms,as well as platform ecosystems which are formed by them and are capable of modernizing entire industries and various types of socio-economic activity,are becoming drivers of innovation,economic growth and competition.Recognizing the great potential to growth and development,the Vietnamese Government is seeing the development and utilization of digital plat-forms and digital economy as new drivers for modernizing its economy,especially in bringing the country into a higher-income country.By discussing the develop-ment of digital platforms in Vietnam,this paper explores Vietnam's perspectives and policies towards promoting sustainable development of digital platforms.Based on the experience of Vietnam's policy toward developing digital platforms,the pa-per puts forward some suggestions for sustaining the development and cooperation between ASEAN and China on digital platforms.
