A Study on the Value Orientation of Inter-Ethnic Political Integration in Malaysia

价值取向是族际政治整合的价值底蕴、精神内涵,指引着族际政治整合的实践活动。马来西亚在族际政治整合过程中采取的是马来人优先的价值取向。这种价值取向的形成经历了一个复杂的过程。马来人优先的价值取向在二战前已经萌芽,在制宪时期确立,并在1969年后强化。20世纪90年代以来,随着国内外环境的变化,马来西亚对此价值取向进行了调整。马来人优先的价值取向贯穿于马来西亚族际政治整合的全过程,对马来西亚的族际政治整合产生了重大影响。这种将马来人和非马来人"二分法"的价值取向,今后无疑会面临挑战。

Value orientation is the value and spirit connotation of inter-ethnic political integration,which guides the practice of inter-ethnic political integration.In the course of inter-ethnic political integration,Malaysia takes the value orientation of Malay priority.The formation of the value orientation has gone through a complicated process.The value orientation germinated before World War II,established in the constitution period and strengthened after 1969.Since the 1990 s,with the change of environment at home and abroad,Malaysia has adjusted its value orientation.The value orientation of Malay priority runs through the whole process of inter-ethnic political integration in Malaysia,which has a great impact on inter-ethnic political integration in Malaysia.The value orientation of the dichotomy between Malay and non-Malay will undoubtedly face challenges in the future.
