地椒中醌类和酚苷类新化合物

A new quinone and a new phenolic glycoside from Thymus quinquecostatus

目的对地椒Thymus quinquecostatus化学成分进行研究,以期发现新化合物。方法采用色谱硅胶、AB-8大孔树脂、SephadexLH-20凝胶色谱、ODS反相色谱等多种技术进行分离纯化,运用质谱、核磁共振谱等方法进行化合物结构鉴定。结果从地椒醋酸乙酯部位分离得到2个化合物,分别鉴定为6-羟基-11-甲基-12-羟甲基萘并[2,3-β]呋喃-1,4-二酮(1)、2-羟基-4-异丙基-5-甲基苯-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)。结论化合物1、2为新化合物,分别命名为地椒醌A、地椒苷A。

Objective To study the chemical components of Thymus quinquecostatus in order to find new compounds.Methods The constituents were separated by column chromatographic methods of silica gel,AB-8 resin,Sephadex LH-20 and ODS column.The structures were elucidated by MS and NMR analyses.Results Two compounds were isolated and identified as 6-hydroxy-11-methyl-12-hydroxymethyl naphtho[2,3-β]furan-1,4-dione(1)and 2-hydroxy-4-isopropyl-5-methylbenzene-O-β-Dglucopyranoside(2).Conclusion Compounds 1 and 2 are new compounds,named quinquequinone A and quinqueside A,respectively.
