目的探讨微生物实验室生物安全管理要点。方法生物安全是微生物实验室的重要工作,直接影响检测人员、样本及公众等的安全。微生物实验室的生物安全关键点包括准入制度、人员培训、健康监护、废弃物处理和实验室应急处置预案等。结果微生物实验室生物安全管理重点要加强人员培训;废弃物需要专用容器盛放及时高压灭菌;当有刺破或溢撒等事件发生时,按要求处理伤口,溢撒事件发生应立刻喷消毒剂,将纸巾盖在上面,作用30 min后,进行污物处理,处理过程使用的抹布、扫帚等物品要放入废弃物处理容器中,高压灭菌,同时所有事件均应上报,并做好记录。结论要做好实验室的生物安全管理工作,应该按所制订的规章制度操作执行,避免发生安全事故。

Objective To explore the key points of biosafety management in microbiological laboratory.Methods Biosafety was an important task in microbiology laboratories,which directly affeced the safety of testers,samples and the public.The key biosafety points in microbiology laboratories included access systems,personnel training,health monitoring,waste disposal and laboratory emergency response plans,etc.Results The key point of biosafety management in microbiological laboratory was to strengthen personnel training,waste needed special containers to be placed and sterilized by high pressure in time;when there were incidents such as puncturing or spillage,the wounds should be treated as required,and the spill should be sprayed with disinfectant immediately,and the paper towel should be covered.After 30 minutes of action,the soil was treated.The rags,brooms and other items used in the treatment process should be placed in the waste disposal container,autoclaved,and the incidents should be reported and recorded.Conclusion In order to do a good job in biosafety management,we should operate according to the established rules and regulations to avoid safety accidents.
