抚触联合穴位按摩对新生儿黄疸的护理效果研究

目的探讨抚触联合穴位按摩对新生儿黄疸的护理效果,为临床疾病治疗及护理提供参考。方法选取广州市花都区第二人民医院2016年1月-2018年1月收治的160例病理性黄疸新生儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各80例。对照组采用常规抚触治疗法,观察组则给予抚触联合穴位按摩方法进行治疗,两组均连续性治疗7 d。比较两组患儿治疗前后血胆红素值情况、黄疸指数及治疗有效率。结果观察组患儿治疗后的血清总胆红素及直接胆红素值均明显低于对照组;观察组患儿治疗后第2、3、5、7天检测的黄疸指数均明显低于对照组;观察组患儿治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抚触联合穴位按摩可明显降低新生儿血胆红素水平,改善其黄疸症状,有利于患儿早期恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of touch combined with acupoint massage on neonatal jaundice,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment and nursing of diseases.Methods One hundred and sixty cases of neonatal pathological jaundice admitted to Huadu District Second People’s Hospital of Guangzhou from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as research objects,and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,80 cases in each group.The control group received conventional touch therapy,while the observation group received touch combined with acupoint massage.Both groups received continuous treatment for 7 d.Blood bilirubin value,jaundice index and therapeutic effect before and after treatment were compared in the two groups.Results After treatment,serum total bilirubin and direct bilirubin values in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the jaundice indexes of the observation group at the second,third,fifth and seventh day after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,the total effective rate of the obser-vation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically sig nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion Touch combined with acupoint massage could significantly reduce the level of bilirubin and improve the symptoms of jaundice in neonates,which was conductive to the early recovery of children,and was worthy of clinical application.
