中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on early diabetic nephropathy

目的观察缬沙坦胶囊联合肾炎康复片治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法选取2019年1-6月天津市东丽区小东庄社区卫生服务中心收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组患者仅给予缬沙坦胶囊治疗,观察组患者给予缬沙坦胶囊联合肾炎康复片治疗。比较两组患者治疗后24 h尿微量清蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮改变情况及治疗总有效率。结果观察组24 h尿微量清蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮低于对照组;且观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病效果较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of valsartan capsule combined with nephritis rehabilitation tablet in the treatment of early stage diabetic nephropathy. Methods Eighty patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to Dongli District Xiaodongzhuang Community Health Service Center of Tianjin from January to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases each. The patients in the control group were only treated with valsartan capsule, while the patients in the observation group were treated with valsartan capsule and nephritis rehabilitation tablet. The changes of24 h urinary microalbumin, creatinine, urea nitrogen and the total effective were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results The 24 h urinary microalbumin, creatinine and urea nitrogen of observation group were lower than those of control group, and the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine had a good effect in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy, which was worthy of clinical application.
