优质护理服务在胎儿监护中对妊娠结局的影响

Effect of quality nursing service on pregnancy outcome in fetal monitoring

目的探讨在胎儿监护中使用优质护理服务对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2018年1-6月广州市番禺区何贤纪念医院收治的300例低危妊娠孕妇,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各150例。对照组实施定期胎儿监护外加常规孕期护理,观察组在定期胎儿监护基础上提供优质护理服务,在干预结束后比较两组分娩疼痛程度、胎儿异常检出率和不良妊娠结局发生情况。结果观察组分娩疼痛程度低于对照组,胎动异常检出率高于对照组,胎膜早破、早产儿、胎儿宫内窘迫发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胎儿监护中对低危妊娠孕妇提供优质护理服务,可提高胎儿异常检出率,有效避免不良妊娠结局。

Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing service on pregnancy outcome in fetal monitoring. Methods A total of 300 cases of low-risk pregnant women admitted to He Xian Memorial Hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 150 cases in each. The control group was given regular fetal monitoring plus routine pregnancy nursing.The observation group was given quality nursing service on the basis of regular fetal monitoring. After the intervention, the degree of labor pain, the detection rate of fetal abnormality and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The degree of labor pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the detection rate of abnormal fetal movement was higher than that in the control group, and the incidences of premature rupture of membranes, premature infants and intrauterine fetal distress were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Providing quality nursing service for low-risk pregnant women in fetal monitoring could improve the detection rate of fetal abnormalities and effectively avoid adverse pregnancy outcomes.
