超声联合胃镜对胃壁增厚型疾病的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of ultrasound combined with gastroscopy for gastric wall thickening disease

目的探讨超声联合胃镜在胃壁增厚型疾病中的诊断价值。方法选择天津市西青医院2017年8月-2018年9月经超声联合胃镜诊断的40例胃壁增厚型疾病,对联合检查的特点进行回顾性分析。结果40例病例中包含16例胃癌,合并溃疡12例;24例胃炎,合并溃疡9例。超声联合胃镜检查综合分析,诊断胃炎性病变准确率为100.0%,诊断胃壁增厚型胃癌准确率为93.8%,诊断溃疡型胃癌准确率为100.0%。结论超声联合胃镜可以直观了解胃黏膜的病变特点,胃溃疡的位置、形态、结构、大小及良恶性特点,胃壁各层结构的病变特点,胃相邻脏器是否被侵及与转移,二者联合应用在胃壁增厚型疾病的诊断中发挥着重要的价值。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound combined with gastroscopy in gastric wall thickening disease.Methods From August 2017 to September 2018,40 cases of gastric wall thickening disease diagnosed by ultrasound combined with gastroscope in Tianjin Xiqing Hospital were selected and the characteristics of the combined examination were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 40 cases,there were 16 cases of gastric cancer,12 cases of ulcer;24 cases of gastritis,9 cases of ulcer.Comprehensive analysis of ultrasound combined with gastroscopy showed that the diagnosis accuracy rate of gastritis was 100.0%,that of gastric cancer with thickened gastric wall was 93.8%,and that of gastric cancer with ulcer was 100.0%.Conclusion Ultrasound combined with gastroscopy could intuitively understand the pathological characteristics of gastric mucosa,the location,shape,structure,size and benign and malignant characteristics of gastric ulcer,the pathological characteristics of gastric wall structures,whether the adjacent organs of the stomach were invaded and metastasized.The combination of the two technologies played an important role in the diagnosis of gastric wall thickening disease.
