充分重视和发挥仲裁秘书的职能和作用

2018年12月31日,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《关于完善仲裁制度提高仲裁公信力的若干意见》,为中国仲裁事业发展指明了方向。仲裁事业的发展离不开仲裁人的共同努力,仲裁秘书作为其中的重要一环,起着承接仲裁机构与仲裁员、仲裁机构与当事人、仲裁员与当事人之间沟通桥梁的作用,是仲裁秩序的维护者、仲裁程序的保障者和仲裁事业发展的推动者。

On December 31,2018,the General Office of Communist Party of China and the Office of the State Council issued the Suggestion on Improving the Arbitration System to Improve the Credibility of Arbitration,pointing out the direction of Chinese arbitration.The development of Chinese arbitration can’t be divorced from the efforts of arbitrators.As a vital part in arbitration,the secretary of arbitration play an important role in building bridges among the arbitration institutions,the arbitrators and the clients.The secretaries of arbitration are the maintainers of arbitration order,the safeguards of arbitration procedure,and the promoters of arbitration development.
