筛管抗拉强度计算及全尺寸试验

摘要 随着筛网式滤砂管的应用越来越多,钻井和地质工况条件越来越复杂,对筛管的强度要求较高。国内外对基管强度研究主要集中在抗挤性能和防砂性能评价两个方面,而基管抗拉强度研究相关报道较少。为建立筛管抗拉强度的计算公式,满足油田筛管基管设计与选材需要,笔者采用全尺寸试验方法对筛管抗拉强度进行研究,筛管抗拉强度有限元计算值和全尺寸试验值二者误差小于7%,并建立筛管布孔方式(孔眼直径、轴向孔间距、横截面周向孔数)与筛管抗拉强度计算关系式,筛管抗拉强度计算值与试验值相比误差约8%。筛管基管的布孔方式影响筛管的抗拉强度,孔眼直径对抗拉强度影响最大,轴向孔间距影响次之,横截面周向孔数影响最小。 With the increasing application of sand screens and the increasing complexity of drilling and geological conditions,the strength requirements for sand screens are becoming more rigorous.The research on the strength of sand screens mainly focuses on the evaluation of collapse resistance and sand control performance,while there are few reports on the tension strength of sand screens.In order to establish the calculation formula of tension strength of sand screens and meet the needs of design and material selection of sand screens in the oilfield,the full-scale test is used to study the tension strength of sand screens.The error between the calculated value of the finite element method and the full-scale test value for the tension strength of sand screens are less than 7%.The tension strength formula of sand screens is established with relationship between the hole arrangement mode(aperture,axial hole spacing,cross-sectional hole number),and the error between calculated and experimental value of tensile strength of sand screens is less than 8%.The hole layout of screen base pipe affects the tension strength of sand screens.The hole diameter has a greater impact on the tensile strength,followed by the axial hole spacing,and then the number of holes in the cross section.
