基于标准化视角 多维度探索增材制造业发展瓶颈的对策

摘要 近几年,增材制造技术已成为先进制造业的研究热点,随着航空航天、汽车电子、生物医疗、建筑建材等行业对增材制造技术的需求持续增加,其产业链日益庞大、不断扩展应用范围,几乎覆盖了整个制造业。在我国,增材制造技术起步较晚,尤其在材料装备方面与先进国家相比存在较大差距,从事3D打印的研发组织参差不齐且各自为政、难以规模化,很大程度上制约了产业发展,产业的综合实力远远不及欧盟、美国、日本等国家和地区,增材制造领域的标准化工作更是困难重重。本文通过关注、分析自2016年至今国内外发布的增材制造标准,结合增材制造技术特点以及产业动态信息进行综合研判,基于标准化的视角,多维度探索增材制造业发展瓶颈的对策。 In recent years,additive manufacturing technology has become a research hotspot in advanced manufacturing industries,and the demand in aerospace,automotive electronics,biomedical,construction and building materials industries continues to increase,and its industry chain is very large,expanding the scope of applications,covering almost the entire manufacturing industry.In China,additive manufacturing technology started late,especially in terms of material equipment,there is a big gap compared with advanced countries.The research and development organizations engaged in 3D printing are scattered and each is doing its own thing,which has greatly restricted the development of the industry.The comprehensive strength of the industry is far from that of Europe,America and Japan.The standardization work in the field of additive manufacturing is even more difficult.Since 2016,based on the analysis of domestic and foreign additive manufacturing standards,combined with the characteristics of additive manufacturing technology and industrial dynamic information,a comprehensive judgment is made from the perspective of standardization,and multi-dimensional exploration of the countermeasures of the development bottlenecks of the additive manufacturing industry is conducted.
