国内外志愿服务标准化比对研究

Comparative Research on Standardization of Volunteer Services at Domestic and Abroad

本文对国内和国外的志愿服务标准化进行了研究,分析了相关国际标准、国外标准、国内标准,以及国内外有关法律法规和政策文件,总结出我国志愿服务标准化工作的优势及不足,并提出发展建议。

In recent years,the global COVID-19 epidemic has ravaged,and the lives of the people have been greatly affected.In the fight against the epidemic,the role of volunteers is crucial.In order to standardize and normalize the work of volunteer service,the standardization of voluntary service in China is also actively carried out.This paper comprehensively studies the standardization of volunteer services domestic and foreign,statistically analyzes relevant international standards,foreign standards and domestic standards,and supplementary research on laws,regulations and policy documents.Finally summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of China’s volunteer service standardization work through comparison,and make suggestions for its future development.
