通过比对国内外医疗器械龙头企业的多元化并购路径及专业化聚焦路径,全面分析了苏州培育医疗器械龙头企业的优势和问题,并针对性地提出了苏州医疗器械龙头企业培育的对策建议。
This paper comprehensively analyzes the advantages and problems of cultivating leading medical device enterprises in Suzhou by comparing the diversified M&A paths and professional focus paths of domestic and foreign medical device leading enterprises,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of medical device leading enterprises in Suzhou.
