高效能治理背景下政务公开标准化建设研究

Research on Standardization Construction of Government Affairs Disclosure under the Background of Efficient Governance

党的十八大以来,党中央、国务院高度重视政务公开工作,坚持以公开为常态、不公开为例外,遵循公正、公平、合法、便民的原则,推动新时代政务公开不断向纵深发展。论文从政务公开工作引入标准化实证研究入手,结合高效能治理背景分析政务公开标准化需求,为政务公开标准化工作提出有效的实践路径和政策建议。

The CPC Central Committee and The State Council have attached great importance to government affairs disclosure.This paper studies on the standardization combined with government affairs disclosure,analyzes the standardization needs of government affairs disclosure,and puts forward effective practice paths and policy suggestions for standardization construction of government affairs disclosure under the background of efficient governance.
