联盟化多元养老模式初探——以宜昌市养老行业为例

Preliminary study on a Diversified Elderly Care Pattern of Allied Cooperation Model ——Taking Pension Industry of Yichang as the Example

湖北宜昌正逐步迈向现代化特大城市,随着城市化进程推进,宜昌城市面积不断扩大,常住人口也将不断上升,人口老龄化的规模也随之扩大。如何应对老年人护理及养老服务需求的快速增长、构建和谐养老体系、打造多元养老格局,已经成为养老行业新的聚焦点。本文以湖北宜昌养老行业发展调查为例,拟探讨推进多元化养老格局,拓宽联盟化养老新视野,为养老行业发展提供更多参考。

Yichang is gradually moving towards a modern megacity.With the development of the city and the continuous expansion of the area,the permanent resident population of Yichang will continue to rise and so does the elderly population.How to face the rapid growth demand for elderly care and nursing service,build a harmonious elderly care system and create a diversified elderly care pattern has become a new concern.Illustrated by the investigation of Yichang elderly care industry,this paper intends to explore the promotion of diversified elderly care pattern and the new vision of alliance cooperation,so as to provide more reference for the development of elderly care industry.
