实施乡村振兴战略是以习近平为核心的党中央对我国城乡关系深刻变化和农业农村发展现代化建设的深刻认识和重大部署,也是建设新时代中国特色社会主义的必然要求。农业农村农民问题是关系国计民生的根本性的问题,实施振兴战略实现全民共享祖国繁荣发展成果。吐鲁番是农业人口占比较大的市,乡村发展要以乡村振兴战略为契机,不断强化基层党组织建设,壮大农村经济发展的基础,整合农村发展的产业体系,解决农村社会矛盾,促进吐鲁番乡村社会快速发展、全面振兴。
