高职新生错[牙合]畸形的患病率调查与分析——以湖北三峡职业技术学院为例

Investigation and Analysis of malocclusion Prevalence rate of Higher Vocational Education Freshmen——Taking Hu Bei Three Gorges Polytechnic as the Example

目的调查本校2019级大一新生错[牙合]畸形的患病率,为在校大学生正畸治疗工作的宣教及推广提供一定的参考。方法随机抽取本校二级学院中的4个学院的各4个班级的2019级新生合计600人进行临床检查,以个别正常[牙合]为正常标准进行本次调查。结果本校大一新生中错[牙合]畸形的发病率大约为68%,其中安氏错[牙合]分类中Ⅰ类错[牙合]所占比例最高。结论本校大学生中错[牙合]畸形患病率稍偏高,因此对本校在校大学新生进行口腔健康宣教,宣传错[牙合]畸形的预防及治疗知识非常必要。

To investigate the prevalence of malocclusion among the freshmen of grade 2019 in our university,so as to provide some reference for the propaganda and promotion of orthodontic treatment of college students.Methods a total of 600 new students of 2019 were randomly selected for clinical examination,and a few normal ones were selected as the normal standard for this investigation.Results the incidence rate of malocclusion was about 68%,and the highest proportion of class I malocclusion was in the classification of freshman.Conclusion the prevalence of malocclusion is slightly higher among the college students,so it is necessary to carry out oral health education and promote the prevention and treatment of malocclusion.
