《孙子兵法·军形篇》讲述的是军队取胜应具有的客观条件,其中提出的很多观点对青年学生的就业教育具有深刻启示。本文主要从"先为不可胜"的储能意识、"胜可知不可为"的平和心态、"善守善攻"的竞争技巧、"先胜后战"的创业准则以及"修道保法"的提升策略五个方面分析阐述了此篇对青年学生就业教育的启示意义。

The Art of War·Military Form is about the objective conditions for the army to win,in which a lot of viewpoints are put forward,which have profound implications for the employment education of young students.This paper mainly analyzes the Enlightenment of this article on the young students’vocational education from five aspects:the energy storage consciousness of"first for the invincible",the peace mind of"victory knows not for the invincible",the competitive skills of"good defense and good attack",the entrepreneurial principle of"first for the victory and then for the war"and the promotion strategy of"cultivation and protection method".
