安全监测工程属于色拉龙工程不可或缺的组成部分,工程造价几百万,虽然占比总投资不太大,但作用重大。列入合同清单的单项工程有51个,归纳起来,阶段性成果涉及到以下五个方面,即,接缝和裂缝开合度监测(含坝体与基岩的接缝开合度、坝体混凝土内的裂隙开合度、坝段之间接缝开合度),坝基岩体轴向位移监测,坝基渗透压力监测,混凝土温度、冷却水温度和流量等临时监测,枢纽区范围内的巡视检查。安全监测还是一项讲究精度的精细工程,高精度,多数据,循环反复。建设期需要,运营期也需要,通过监测数据分析,判断各个阶段的安全程度,进而上手段,采用合理的维护措施,确保色拉龙工程建设期安全和运营期安全。

The safety monitoring project is an indispensable part of the Xelanong project.The project costs several million RMB.Although the total investment is not too large,it is of great significance.There are 51 individual projects listed in the contract list.In summary,the milestones relate to the following five aspects,namely,joint and crack opening degree monitoring(including joint opening degree of dam body and bedrock,crack opening in dam body concrete joint degree,joint opening degree between dam sections),axial displacement monitoring of dam foundation rock mass,dam foundation seepage pressure monitoring,concrete temperature,cooling water temperature and flow rate,etc.,and inspection within the hub area.Safety monitoring is also a fine engineering with high precision,multiple data,and repeated cycles.It is required in the period of both construction and operation.Through the monitoring data analysis,the safety level of each stage is judged,and then the means are adopted,and reasonable maintenance measures are taken to ensure the safety in the period of construction and operation of the Xelanong project.
