β-肾上腺素能受体对辐射小鼠十二指肠和脾脏cAMP含量的影响及其与DNA合成的关系

摘要 本文使用阻断β-肾上腺素能受体的方法,观察了异丙基肾上腺素(IPR)和照射对小鼠十二指肠、脾脏环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)含量的影响以及照射后cAMP变化与脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)合成间的关系。IPR和照射可升高十二指肠和脾脏cAMP含量,照射明显抑制DNA的合成;心得安(PPL)能够阻断IPR或照射升高cAMP的作用,同时又能明显减轻DNA合成的抑制程度。实验结果表明,电离辐射引起cAMP的上升可能是抑制DNA合成的一种因素。 Effect of isoproterenol(IPR)and irradiation on cAMP content in duodenum and spleen of mice was investigated by using the method of blockingβ-adrenergic receptors.The cAMP level was raised by IPR and irradiation,DNA synthesis was inhibited by irradiation.Injected with propronolol(PPL),effect of both on cAMP was checked,and at the same time inhibition of DNA synthesis was weakened apparently.It was shown that the elevation of cAMP level was the one of the causes of DNA synthesis inhibition after radiation.
