冠心病患者高密度脂蛋白亚组份的变化

Serum high density lipoprotein subfractions levels in patients with coronary heart disease

本文应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法测定血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL)亚组份。发现冠心病患者HDL2-胆固醇(HDL2-C)含量及HDL2-C/HDL3-C比值明显低于正常人。测定其变化,为观察冠心病和研究HDL抗动粥机理提供了一个较好的参考指标。

A combination of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE)and HDL cholesterol(HDL-C)level measurement was used to determine serum HDL subfractions(HDL2 and HDL3)level in 120 patients with CHD and 93 healthy subjects.HDL-C,HDL2-C levels and HDL2-C/HDL3-C ratio were significantly lower in patients with CHD than in healthy subjects.A measurement of these levels seems to be a better indicator in observation of CHD and study of mechanism of HDL antiatherogenesis.
