摘要
病毒病一直是农作物重要病害,目前为止还没有一种有效的方法能够防治植物病毒病。"RNAi农药"是指体外制备的能够诱发病原菌和昆虫某基因沉默从而达到防治目的的dsRNA或者siRNA产品。本文总结了喷施诱导的基因沉默(Spray-induced gene silencing,SIGS)过程,"RNAi农药"的研究历程及其在防治植物病毒病中的应用进展,分析了存在的问题并对其未来发展进行了展望。
Plant virus diseases have always been important diseases of crops.So far,there is no effective method to control plant virus diseases.RNAi pesticides are dsRNA or small interfering RNA(siRNA)products that are prepared in vitro.They can induce the silencing of a pathogen or an insect gene to achieving the purpose of prevention and control.This article summarized the process of Spray-induced gene silencing(SIGS),the research process of"RNAi pesticides"and its application in the prevention and control of plant virus diseases,analyzed the major problems and expected its future development.
