摘要
为筛选对药用植物荆芥安全的除草剂,分别采用种子萌发法和室内盆栽法开展试验,初步调查了27种除草剂对荆芥生长的影响。结果表明,在供试的9种土壤处理剂中,50%扑草净可湿性粉剂在按其推荐剂量减半的用量下对荆芥幼苗安全;供试的18种茎叶处理剂中,10%精喹禾灵乳油在减半剂量和推荐剂量下对荆芥幼苗安全,15%炔草酯水乳剂在减半剂量下对荆芥幼苗安全;而其他药剂处理均对荆芥产生了较明显的药害。
T wo methods of seed germination and indoor pot experiment were used to screen effective herbicides in the aspect of safety on Schizonepeta tenuifolia in this study.Effects of 27 herbicides on growth of S.tenuifolia were determined.The results showed that among the 9 soil treatment herbicides,50%prometryn was safe to S.tenuifolia seedlings at half the dose;among the 18 stem and leaf treated herbicides,10%of quizalofop-P-ethyl EC was safe to S.tenuifolia seedlings at half dose and recommended dose,and 15%clodinafop-propargyl EW was safe to S.tenuifolia seedlings at half dose.The other tested chemicals caused different degrees of damage to S.tenuifolia.
