摘要
在多层整体包扎高压储氢容器的制造中,内筒的制造质量控制及其检验是设备制造的核心技术之一,对内筒的结构及其特点进行研究,通过合理的焊接质量控制及其检测检验方法,能够保证多层整体包扎高压储氢容器的制造质量和安全性能,为其它高压设备的制造提供了经验。
The manufacturing quality control and inspection of the inner cylinder is one of the core technologies in the manufacturing of multi-layer integral wrapped high-pressure hydrogen storage containers.By studying the structure and characteristics of the inner cylinder through reasonable welding quality control and inspection methods,this can ensure the manufacturing quality and safety performance of multi-layer integral wrapped high-pressure hydrogen storage containers,and provide experience for the manufacturing of other high-pressure equipment.
