大型VAC合成反应器制造关键技术的研究

摘要 VAC合成反应器是醋酸乙烯工艺中较关键的设备,换热管是采用格栅结构的支撑,由于其结构特点以及制造精度要求较高,因此,其制造难度较大,特别是对于大型合成反应器,制造难度更大。对于要求震动较小、避免结垢等工况,合成反应器就能显示其特点,但目前,国内能成熟掌握这种换热器的制造不多,本文简要介绍合成反应器制造难点和关键技术。 The VAC synthetic reactor is a key equipment in the vinyl acetateprocess,and the heat transfer pipe is supported by the grating plate structure.Due to its structural characteristics and high manufacturing accuracyrequirements,its manufacturing is more difficult,especially for large syntheticreactors,the manufacturing difficulty is more difficult.For the requirements ofsmall vibration,avoid scaling and other conditions,the synthetic reactor canshow its characteristics,but at present,the domestic mature master of thisheat exchanger manufacturing is not much,this paper briefly introduces themanufacturing difficulties and key technologies of synthetic reactormanufacturing.
