摘要
介绍了LNG汽化器的分类及空温式汽化器的应用现状,指出我司及行业内汽化器产品开发所遇到的瓶颈:缺乏汽化器及翅片管结构开发的理论工具,只能依靠试验的方式来验证结构开发的合理性。由此,本文基于计算流体力学(CFD)仿真软件ANSYS FLUENT,对LNG空温式汽化器的管内传热流动过程进行模拟计算,开发了一种代替实际试验来验证结构开发合理性的数值模拟方法。为翅片管的结构开发提供理论依据,为空温式汽化器的整体结构设计提供技术指导。
The classification of LNG vaporizer and the application status of ambient vaporizer is introduced first,then point out the issue we encountered when doing the structural development by our company and the whole vaporizer company:That is Lacking theoretical tools to do the structural development,the only way to verify the structural development can just by the test.Therefore,we design a numerical simulation method to substitute the test which can simulate the heat transfer process of LNG ambient vaporizer and based on computational fluid dynamic software ANSYS FLUENT.This method can provide theoretical basis for the structural development of the finned tube and the ambient vaporizer.
