摘要
高压换热器复合密封结构是一种新型密封技术,它由Ω环与C型环组合而成,起到了双重密封作用,减少了介质对Ω环的腐蚀,具有结构紧凑、密封可靠、投入成本低、可长周期使用、检修方便等特点。本文介绍了复合密封结构的设计特点,采用规则设计进行强度计算,结合设计经验优化确定了各元件的结构尺寸,并运用ANSYS软件,模拟设计工况载荷对复合密封结构进行了分析验证。
The compound sealing structure of high-pressure heat exchanger is a new sealing technology.It is composed ofΩring and C-ring.It plays a dual sealing role and reduces the corrosion of medium onΩring gasket.It has the characteristics of coMPact structure,reliable sealing,low input cost,long-term use,convenient maintenance and so on.This paper introduces the design characteristics of composite seal structure,uses regular design for strength calculation,optimizes and determines the structural dimensions of each element combined with design experience,and uses ANSYS software to simulate design working conditions and loads to analyze and verify the composite seal structure.
