椭圆弧加圆弧型封头在压力容器上的应用

椭圆弧加圆弧型封头力学性能优越,且成形方便,与此种封头有关的企业标准已获全国锅炉压力容器标准化技术委员会备案[2]。但是,在推广应用此封头的过程中,由于缺少相应的计算程序,从而给压力容器设计人员选用此封头带来一定的不便。为此,本文提出采用SW6过程设备强度计算软件包应用于椭圆弧加圆弧型封头强度计算,供有关设计人员参考。

The elliptical arc plus circular arc head has superior mechanical performance and convenient forming,and the related enterprise standard has been filed by the China National Standard Committee of Boilers and Pressure Vessels.However,in the process of promoting the application of this head,the lack of corresponding design program is program.Therefore,this paper proposes the application of the software package SW6 in the elliptical arc plus circular arc head strength calculation for reference.
